Full ahead into the inevitable roadblock
Mercury will station direct on the 3rd November at 25°53 Libra (antiscion 4°07’ Pisces)
In the sign of Libra, Mercury finds its more tactful side, eager to please (or rather eager not to have to discuss/argue) it is at its complacent best here. A master of playing with words and even when critical never seems to be offensive.
On the downside, Mercury in Libra finds it difficult to reach a conclusion to any matter on hand. Fearful of what others might say or think, eager to please and seemingly wanting to do the best for both sides yet with [...]
Just some musings about the two candidates.
All charts in Placidus house system. The transit chart was examined on 28 October 2020 and only considered the outer planet transits but the charts shown involve only natal placements with secondary progressions and solar arc transits in the middle and outer wheel.
Let’s see what’s happening astrologically with the charts in question:
Natal Nodal Return (29th October 2020), his nodal axis is conjunct Sun and Uranus (NN) and Moon (SN): a major crossroad in life (occurring every 18.5 years). A [...]
The spookiest night with a Full Moon to light up the hidden corners so that we can see the Uranus surprises even better!
The Full Moon will take place at 8°38’ Taurus (antisicion 21°22’ Leo) and will be in an almost exact (to the minute) conjunction with retrograde Uranus. It’s the second Full Moon in a calendar month (October) and as such is known as a “Blue” Moon.
The lunation chart is another of those heavy in Earth elements and Cardinal modes so we should be acting with our heads on our shoulders so to speak, moving forward with sense and practicality.
It falls on the [...]
Let’s pretend to be nice to each other….
Venus enters one of its home signs on the 28th of October only minutes after retrograde Mercury re-enters Libra from the opposite end of the sign!
Some keywords for Libra might be: impartial, balanced, diplomatic, charming, tasteful, indecisive, flirtatious, peaceable and compromising.
Here Venus takes on a more rational stance in Airy Libra with peace and harmony being of utmost importance as it endeavours to keep an even keel (Taurus, its other home sign is a much more sensual and practical placement).
In Libra, Venus tends towards [...]
There are many ways of looking into the future of a country: by using transits, secondary progressions, Solar returns, profections and comparing these to the natal chart we have chosen to use for that particular country. We can however also look at the Cardinal ingress charts when the Sun enters Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. The Aries ingress chart located in Rome gives a general idea of how the year from Spring equinox to Spring equinox might proceed, while the individual ingresses give an idea of the upcoming three months from the date of each ingress.
Aries Ingress – 20 March [...]
forget love and peace….
The first of six New Moons at 23° of their relative signs.
This New Moon will take place at 23°53’ Libra (antiscion 6°07’ Pisces) and will be squaring Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn, now all direct, in Capricorn, it will also still be in orb of an opposition to Mars retrograde in Aries, thus forming a Cardinal T-square aspect. The lunation is also in tight separating orb to the Saturn-Pluto conjunction of January again re-activating this degree and its consequences.
Libra brings to mind the usual Venus topics with a very harmonious nuance. So, we could [...]
Mercury will station retrograde on the 13th October at 11°40’ Scorpio (antiscion 18°20’ Aquarius).
The retrograde period will end on the 3rd November at 25°53’ Libra (antiscion 4°07’ Pisces)
Mercury is in opposition to retrograde Uranus in Taurus so we could expect some upsets as these two fixed signs are occupied by two of the most unpredictable and excitable planets. There will be three passes of this aspect, all at 9° Scorpio-Taurus so anyone with planets or angles between 7-12° of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) will be involved in this aspect.
….the soul-searching is over, time to transform!
On the 4th of October Pluto will station direct at 22°29’ Capricorn (antiscion 7° 31’ Sagittarius) after just over 5 months of being retrograde. This is the exact degree of last January’s Saturn-Pluto conjunction in Capricorn thus bringing back themes of that period (it was when the first news of what was to become the Covid-19 pandemic reached public attention and now many countries are having a resurgence of the disease with contagion rates soaring).
Persons with planets or angles between 18-24° of the Cardinal signs (Aries, [...]
