FULL MOON IN ARIES The Full Moon will take place at 06°00’ Aries (antiscion 24°00’ Virgo). This is usually known as a “me-first” Full Moon. However, Moon’s dispositor Mars is in detriment in Libra, conjunct Lunar South Node and in an 8th house flavour quincunx to Uranus R. This is not a friendly Mars but is one with a tendency for a lack of compromise (Libra) whilst over-reacting (Uranus R) in the face of any kind of perceived disruption. MERCURY STATIONS DIRECT Mercury stations direct at 08°00’ Virgo (antiscion 22° Aries) only a few hours after the New Moon in Virgo and opposite the Saturn SR station at 07°12’ Pisces last June. This opposition could bring back a certain narrowmindedness as we concentrate ourselves on the small details (Mercury in Virgo) perhaps to contrast the fear of losing oneself in the vastness (Saturn in Pisces), it’s certainly a good time to talk things over with someone whose opinion you respect (the opposition aspect, trying to find a compromise). NEW MOON IN VIRGO the devil is in the details but so is salvation There will be a New Moon at 21°59’ Virgo (antiscion 08°01’ Aries) on the 14-15th of this month depending upon where you find yourself in the world. The New Moon occurs almost to the minute at the same degree as its dispositor Mercury’s station to retrograde on the 23rd of August. Mercury is presently almost stationary before its direct station which will occur only 19 hours after this lunation at 08°00’ Virgo which in turn is in a tight opposition to the degree of the Saturn station to retrograde at 07°12’ [...]
VENUS STATIONS DIRECT The direct station takes place at 12°12’ Leo (antiscion 17°48’ Taurus) only 12 hours before Jupiter stations retrograde. Just to recap: A Venus retrograde period: exposes those areas of self that are normally concealed from view and are often the complete opposite of the behaviour we normally show and this in itself could undoubtedly cause emotional stress for us.
