FULL MOON IN TAURUS This could be an emotional roller coaster There will be a Full Moon at 02°46’ Taurus (antiscion 27°14’ Leo) on the 25-26 October, only a few hours after Venus, the Moon’s dispositor, re-enters Libra (the other sign it rules) in its backward motion. The Moon and Sun are in an applying Fixed T-Square with OOB Pluto. Fixed Modality, as per its name, indicates a stubbornness or a one-mindedness yet there are two rather volatile planets involved in the aspect, an exalted Moon in “I love my comforts” Taurus and “I’m hell-bent on keeping them”, and OOB[...]
ARIES FULL MOON tempers could run high…. The Full Moon will occur at 03°37’ Aries (antiscion 26°23’ Virgo). The Moon in Aries is wilfull but also peregrine and could appear completely directionless. Dispositor of this lunation is Mars sharing the anaretic degree with the nodes and quincunx North Node, Mars and Moon are also in mutual reception. It seems like the future (North Node) for and of the people is becoming a problem that must be resolved (quincunx) and this certainly involves fighting for, or protecting, our tribe or our homeland. However, with Moon separating [...]
FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS One for all and all for one…or is it? This Full Moon occurs at 06°30’ Aquarius (antiscion 23°30’ Scorpio), a Fixed, Air sign ruled by Saturn (traditional ruler) and Uranus (modern ruler). Full Moons are times of harvest and completion when things concerning the house in the natal chart with Aquarius on its cusp can’t possibly get any better nor any worse for that matter. Aquarius is the sign of friendship and group activity it’s about being independent and inventive whilst being part of a larger group of like-minded people as we work towards a [...]
OOB FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN The Full Moon will occur at 08°15’ in the serious, ambitious sign of Capricorn (antiscion 21°45’ Sagittarius) and has the flavour of the 4th-10th house axis (Cancer-Capricorn), the intimate versus the public, home versus work/career, fluidity versus rigidity etc. An emotionally dry Full Moon in Capricorn with its dispositor Saturn in fall in Aries in a separating trine with Venus, and an approaching square from Moon and Sun. The OOB status will only highlight the Moon’s inability to function normally. The lunation itself is separating from a Cardinal [...]
OOB FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS tell me your truth…. There will be a full Moon at 09°56’ of Sagittarius, a Mutable Fire sign (antiscion 20°04’ Capricorn) which will also be OOB. This is the second Full Moon of the month of May and known by some astrologers as a “Blue Moon”. The Sagittarius Moon is usually a jovial, quest-searching entity that desires, above all, truth and something to believe in. It also loves freedom and is easily motivated. Full Moons are times of harvest, the climax of the lunar cycle when energy is at its topmost…and we would do well to recognize this[...]
FULL MOON IN SCORPIO Finding the answers but keeping them to ourselves. The Full Moon will occur at 11°21° Scorpio, a Fixed, Water sign (antiscion 18°39’ Aquarius). Full Moons are also known to be times when things climax, when we decide that enough is enough for certain aspects of our life because we avert an intensified conflict between two major areas of our life and we need to find a way to honour both. They shine a light on the area that is “hidden” and in this case, in traditional astrology, all matters concerning the 8th house and the sign of Scorpio. The axis [...]
FULL MOON IN LIBRA Is it “me” time or “we” time? The Full Moon will occur at 12°21’ Libra (antiscion 17°35’ Pisces), a Cardinal, Air sign ruled by Venus. Full Moons are when matters climax, they are “now or never” moments regarding any projects we have initiated, or intentions set at the preceding New Moon fourteen days ago. This Full Moon chart has 5 planets in the Cardinal signs, 4 in Fixed and 2 in Mutable so it’s a bit push and pull action-wise. The Elements are fairly well-balanced with 3 planets each in the Water and Fire Element and 2 each in Earth and [...]
FULL MOON AND TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE IN VIRGO A Moon full of anxiety The Full Moon (Blood Moon) will occur at 12°54’ Virgo (antiscion 17°06’ Aries). A Virgo Moon tends to be very critical and wants things to be done in a correct manner. The Eclipse will be visible at least in part in Eastern Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Oceans, Arctic and Antarctic. Dispositor of this Full Moon is Mercury now retrograde in Pisces where the planet is in detriment and fall and these two factors plus being retrograde and combust by moving into a [...]
FULL MOON IN LEO 01 FEBRUARY 2026 The show must go on… The Full Moon will occur at 13°04’ Leo (antiscion 16°56’ Taurus). A Full Moon in Leo could give us a transient emotional mood for extravagance or for showing off!! Sun, the Moon’s dispositor, is ruled by Saturn (traditional)and Uranus (modern). Saturn and Uranus R aspect each other by sextile but they make no aspect to the Full Moon. This drama queen Moon sits alone on the other side of the lunation chart like an entertainer doing a solo act but in a debilitated position since it has no dignity in Aquarius and is what[...]
OOB FULL MOON IN GEMINI ...focus is what we need on this last Full Moon of 2025 in chatty, social Gemini There will be a OOB Full Moon at 13°03’ Gemini (antiscion 16°57’ Cancer). The OOB lunation will not only be on the same degree as the Lunar nodal axis but it will also be exactly square to it too. Being on the degree of the nodes gives particular relevance to the planets involved, (Ivy G.J., Pat Geisler) in this case Moon and Sun and to add to the “fun” the dispositors of the nodes and the Sun-Moon are the same! (North Node and Sun ruled by Jupiter R, South Node and [...]
