FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS One for all and all for one…or is it? This is the second Full Moon in Aquarius at 29°36’ (antiscion 00°24’ Scorpio), a Fixed, Air sign ruled by Saturn (traditional ruler) and Uranus (modern ruler) and often referred to as a “Blue Moon”.
