“You can’t separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom.” Malcolm X
This will be the second of three upper waning squares between the two planets and it will occur at 13°06’ with Saturn retrograde in Aquarius and Uranus direct in Taurus.
The first square occurred on 17th February (7°13’) with both planets direct and the next square will occur on 24th December (11°05’) when only Uranus is retrograde.
The Saturn-Uranus cycle repeats itself approximately every 45 years with the most recent conjunction taking place in the sign of Sagittarius in 1988 followed by the lower waxing square between the years 1998-2001 (5 passes) when Saturn was in Taurus and Uranus in Aquarius – so what was going on in your life then? The opposition took place between 2008-2010 (5 passes) when Saturn was in Virgo and Uranus in Pisces.
The Sabian symbol for Saturn at 14° Aquarius: “A train entering a tunnel”. Indicating the ability to short-cut the process of natural evolution by the exercise of will, mental skill and physical self-discipline.
For Uranus at 14° Taurus: On the beach, while children play, shellfish grope at the edge of the water”. Indicating a return to simpler joys for revitalisation.
The antiscion points are 16°54’ Scorpio and Leo.
