• MARS STATIONS DIRECT ON 27TH AUGUST 2018

  • ….and life suddenly gets a jump start

Mars turns direct on 27th August at 28°36’ Capricorn (antiscion 1°24’ Sagittarius) after a retrograde period lasting two and a half months. Particularly interested here are those with planets or angles at or near this degree in the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn). Mars will however remain OOB until the 25th of September, the planet is still rather a long way out in the Southern hemisphere and could still act as a very wild card.

Mars has been more or less at this degree of the late cardinal signs since mid-August and will stick around at the same degree well into the first week of September….a very long period if you’re affected by the transit.

Which tasks or programmes had you left behind before the retrograde started that you might have now finished or brought forward during this period?

It’s time to put our plans on the roll again (the famous plan A that got held up as the retrograde started)…Mars has actually retrograded into the sign of his exaltation (Capricorn) adding a little extra oomph to his OOB state.

The Sabian symbol for 29° Capricorn is “A woman reading tea leaves.” Indicating the ability to see the signature of hidden meanings in every occurrence drawing one’s attention.

For the antiscion point at 2° Sagittarius: “White-capped waves display the power of wind over the sea:” Indicating the mobilization of unconscious energies under the pressure of super-personal motives.

A motto for now could be:

“Looking back isn’t going to help you. Moving forward is the thing you have to do.” McKayla Maroney

A lot of people involved in the late Cardinal/early Fixed signs have had a hard ride but there are some positive stories too. How did the retrograde go for you?
