Saturn will station retrograde for the second time in Capricorn on the 30th of April at 20°31’ and will station direct at 13°54’ Capricorn on the 17th of September. At the start and at the end of each retrograde period the planet gradually slows down almost to a halt. Mainly affected by this retrograde will be those charts having planets or angles between 23-10° degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn).
