The Full Moon will occur at 8°18’ Libra (antiscion 21°42 Pisces).
Full Moons are when matters climax, they are “now or never” moments regarding any projects we have initiated or intentions set at the preceding New Moon fourteen days ago.
This lunation takes place on the traditional 7th-1st house axis, Libra-Aries the “you” vs “me”, compromise vs assertion, relationship vs independence etc. Most affected by this Full Moon are those people with planets or angles in the Cardinal signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Allow a 2° orb for contacts.
Venus, dispositor of the lunation, is in Aries separating from an opposition to the Moon and from a conjunction with the Sun adding a pleasantness to this “we’re all equal, fairness-loving Moon”.
Mars OOB, dispositor of the Sun and Venus, is peregrine in social, witty Gemini conjunct North Node and hopefully giving the best of itself but more likely showing its worst side. Perhaps we can already see the way ahead although our thoughts and plans may still be rather confused with the imminent Mercury-Neptune conjunction and Moon antiscion Neptune. Moon quincunx Uranus however could cause an emotional outburst due to some perceived or authentic injustice.
The loose Grand Air Trine between Saturn-Mars-Moon could also indicate a new way forward that requires careful consideration (Saturn in Aquarius) before acting on impulse (Mars in Gemini) and risk losing our emotional balance (Moon in Libra) or that our plans (Mars in Gemini) get hindered (Saturn in Aquarius) because of sudden emotional instability (Moon in Libra quincunx Uranus in Taurus).
The lunation chart shows a good balance between sign modalities whilst having a majority of the planets in the Air signs showing that a way ahead is definitely an option.
Author Raven Kaldera calls it
the “Artist’s Moon”
according to him, it’s a great time to start creative projects and an even better time to pick up those creative projects you’ve put aside or forgot about or lost inspiration in. It’s also a good time to go public with your art (or your talents I might add).
The Sabian symbol for 9° Libra: “Three “Old Masters” hanging on the wall of a special room in an art gallery.” Indicating the need to return to source during a confused search for new value in a chaotic society.
For the antiscion at 22° Pisces: “A prophet carrying tables of the new law is walking down the slopes of Mount Sinai.” Indicating the need to bring down to the level of everyday existence the clear realizations made manifest in a great “peak experience”.
“Take time to deliberate; but when the time for action arrives, stop thinking and go in.”
