VENUS IN PISCES
In love with love
On the 26-27 of January (depending on where you are in the world), Venus, the planet of love, romance, harmony and values, glides into the sign of Pisces, the sign of its exaltation, ruled traditionally by Jupiter and where Neptune, modern co-ruler of Pisces, has been transiting since April 2011. On the 15th of February (a day after Valentine’s Day) Venus and Neptune will be cuddling up real close (24°04’ Pisces in longitude and also tightly parallel by declination).
What might that mean?
That we may be lost in a realm of fantasy, washed over by feelings of love and happiness, dreaming away, happy in the company of all and capable of seducing all! Remember though, that it might be an illusion that could end up in a delusion!
It might also mean that we are more gullible than usual and that we have difficulty setting boundaries and that could lead us toward melancholy and feeling sorry for ourselves.
Other significant contacts are:
4-5 February: square Mars (11°14’) – Venus wants harmony and love but Mars in Gemini wants the words on the paper.
7-8 February: sextile Uranus (15°03) – let your fantasies run wild!
19 February: sextile Pluto (29°14’) – digging deep could or could not be satisfying.
“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn’t go away.” Philip K. Dick
