NEPTUNE STATIONS RETROGRADE ON 30 JUNE 2023 “Intuition is seeing with the soul.” Dean Koontz Neptune starts his yearly 5-month long retrograde season at 27°41’ in his home sign of Pisces (antiscion 02°19’ Libra) where he has been transiting since 2011-2012.
